Ok here are some Christchurch photos. The first one is the sunrise from the airport in Christchurch on my arrival. The next is the house I use the bathroom and kitchen in. And in the next you can see the little building in the back to left. That is the sleepout where I, you guessed it, sleep. The place is a little rough, but it is cheap, clean and safe. My four property mates are cool, when they are around. All of them are on holiday except for one right now. The place reminds me of the old house I rented with Sam O. in Cheney while I was at Eastern Washington University (no mice so far though, my boots are ready though). And the fact that my property mates are all in their early 20s adds to the overall college feeling as well.
As you may have noticed that is laundry hanging out to dry. It is very common down here to do that. You see clothes out on a line in most neighborhoods. I even saw a realty ad that had a photo specifically showing the laundry line. So I am having to dredge up some domestic skills in my three weeks here without Charisa. I am having to relearn some of my domestic while I am here without Charisa. She spoils me so much. I love you honey!
